We do not offer commercial warranties beyond what is stated in our policies and the rights provided by law. We do not promise automatic replacements, automatic refunds, or unverified solutions.
Damage on Delivery and DOA
If a product arrives damaged, not conforming to the order, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the problem encountered.
Request Verification
After receiving the report, we may request further information to evaluate the case. The solution is determined based on the documentation received, the product's condition, and the nature of the problem.
Possible Solutions
Following verification, possible solutions may include replacement, sending of missing parts, repair, refund, or other appropriate handling for the specific case.
Operational Exclusions
Situations reported beyond 48 hours from delivery without sufficient documentation are not covered as delivery damage, except for mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
