Cancellation Policy

Request before shipping

The customer can request the cancellation of the order before shipping by writing to info@itemsss.com. The request must include the order number, name, email used for the purchase, and a clear request for cancellation.

Cancellation not guaranteed

Cancellation before shipping is not guaranteed. If the order is already in advanced preparation, packaging, logistics processing, or delivery to the courier, we may not be able to stop it.

After shipping

After shipping, the order cannot be canceled. The customer will have to wait for delivery and, if applicable, follow the return procedure.

Effect of the request

Sending a request does not mean that the order has already been canceled. The cancellation is valid only after confirmation from customer service.

Refund in case of approved cancellation

If the cancellation is approved and the payment has already been charged, any refund will be processed to the original payment method. The timing may also depend on the circuit or card issuer.
